On the eve of this year's Spring Equinox join me online, (on zoom), to celebrate with

Balance – This is a perfect time to examine balance in your own life, which we will do through meditation and journaling prompts.
Sow – As you look forward to welcoming more light into your day, you can also delve inwards and contemplate the light within. Reflect on what is no longer serving you. Then invite the new light and energy of Spring into your life to help you set intentions for the new season ahead. Through the Yoga Nidra practice you will be invited to set your Sankalpa, a resolve that comes from within, your heartfelt desire.
Create - With seeds planted for your desire for the future, visualize letting your creativity flow in this Spring season of growth and rebirth.

Spring Equinox Yoga Flow
Join me (online on Zoom) for an early morning yoga flow class to celebrate this year’s Spring Equinox!
Rise early on the morning of the Equinox and awaken the body and open the mind with a fluid yoga flow practice.
Exploring the theme of balance, we will welcome in the increasing light and longer days ahead with open arms.
I will be practicing outdoors if the weather allows, you can too.

Yoga Forest Walks
Come join me for a mindful walk in the exquisite forest trails of Co Wicklow. Seize the opportunity to gift yourself time away from the hustle and bustle of modern day living and truly experience the magic of the forest. These woodland walks will flow at a steady pace, interspersed with mindful pauses to allow us to practice simple yoga poses, breath work, meditation and plenty of chances to connect to the senses. Our Yoga Forest Walks will help you feel more connected to the natural world and you'll leave feeling calmer, more grounded, restored and energised.
All 2021 dates are on hold until restrictions are eased.
For each Yoga Forest Walk we will meet at 9am and each walk will last 2 - 2.5 hours.

Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Places are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
Each participant must complete a Registration Form with Yvonne Doyle Yoga. This form will be emailed to you upon booking if you haven't signed one already.
In the interest of keeping all participants safe, please do not attend the Yoga Forest Walks if you are sick or displaying symptoms of Covid-19.
Yvonne Doyle Yoga reserves the right to cancel the Yoga Forest Walks due to circumstances out of her control such as extreme bad weather/weather warnings, illness/ injury or any other unforeseen circumstances that would deem it not possible to run the event. In these cases, the particular walk will be rescheduled.
Fees must be paid a week in advance.
Cancellation policy - If you are unable to take part in a walk you have signed up for please give at least 72 hours notice.
Upon booking you will be sent co-ordinates of the meeting point for the walk. You'll also be sent a list and recommendations of what to bring.

During the summer months I run outdoor yoga classes and events. These seasonal events are gatherings where the focus is on wellbeing, self care and mindfulness.
We practice yoga in the fresh air on the grass surrounded by beautiful scenery. Depending on the event, we sometimes team up with others to provide healthy nutritious food. With the outdoor yoga and meditation and the delicious, nourishing food, people leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!
