The Summer Solstice is the day in the year that has the longest amount of sunlight, the time of year when the sun reaches it's peak and completes it's cycle of growth. It is the day we mark as the start of summer in the Northern Hemisphere. This is a time to celebrate the sun and all of it's energy and power.

The Summer Solstice is a wonderful time to practice self reflection. On the eve of this years summer solstice set aside some time to contemplate your own inner world, your inner fire and how it has served you these past few months, what peaks you have reached this season and what needs letting go now as the days start to get shorter once more.
Join me online (on zoom) for this class where we will contemplate, journal and practice a Summer Solstice themed Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a type of meditation where you lie back in savasana and are guided through breath and body awareness practices and through visualisations to help the body and mind come into a deep state of relaxation and awareness.

Event 2 - Summer Solstice
Yoga Flow & Sunset
✨Yoga Campfire Sunset Company Healthy Bites Tea ✨
Join me for an evening of yoga flow on the lawn to celebrate this year’s Summer Solstice!
We'll practice yoga on the grass, in fresh air, in a private space with gorgeous views of the Wicklow hills.
Then relax around the camp fire with tea, healthy bites and great
company to watch the sun set on this first day of summer!

Yoga Forest Walks
Come join me for a mindful walk in the exquisite forest trails of Co Wicklow. Seize the opportunity to gift yourself time away from the hustle and bustle of modern day living and truly experience the magic of the forest. These woodland walks will flow at a steady pace, interspersed with mindful pauses to allow us to practice simple yoga poses, breath work, meditation and plenty of chances to connect to the senses. Our Yoga Forest Walks will help you feel more connected to the natural world and you'll leave feeling calmer, more grounded, restored and energised.

For each Yoga Forest Walk we will meet at 9am and each walk will last approx 2.5 hours.

Terms & Conditions
Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Places are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
Each participant must complete and submit a Registration Form if you haven't done so already with Yvonne Doyle Yoga. The Registration Form will be emailed to you upon booking.
In the interest of keeping all participants safe, please do not attend the Yoga Forest Walks if you are sick or displaying symptoms of Covid-19.
Yvonne Doyle Yoga reserves the right to cancel the Yoga Forest Walks due to circumstances out of her control such as extreme bad weather/weather warnings, illness/ injury or any other unforeseen circumstances that would deem it not possible to run the event. In these cases, the particular walk will be rescheduled.
Fees must be paid a week in advance.
Cancellation policy - If you are unable to take part in a walk you have signed up for please give at least 72 hours notice.
Upon booking you will be sent co-ordinates of the meeting point for the walk. You'll also be sent a list and recommendations of what to bring.

you understand that you are participating in the walks completely at your own risk.

During the summer months I run outdoor yoga classes and events. These seasonal events are gatherings where the focus is on wellbeing, self care and mindfulness.
We practice yoga in the fresh air on the grass surrounded by beautiful scenery. Depending on the event, we sometimes team up with others to provide healthy nutritious food. With the outdoor yoga and meditation and the delicious, nourishing food, people leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!
